Everything about personalising, ordering, shipping and caring for your resin pieces. Still unsure? The studio is one message away.
Personalisation
Almost everything — names, dates, initials, a short message in gilt script, the colour of the resin and ribbon, and the flowers or elements set inside. For frames and plaques you can also send a photo, ticket or handwritten note for us to embed.
Yes. Many couples send a bloom from their wedding bouquet, and parents send a baby's first lock of hair or hospital band. Post it to the studio after you order and we'll preserve and pour it into your piece.
Always. We send a digital proof — layout, lettering and colours — and only begin pouring once you've approved it. Nothing is final until you're happy.
Orders & production
Resin cures slowly by design. Most pieces take 2–3 weeks from approved proof; bespoke frames and large festive pieces can take 3–4 weeks. We'll always confirm a timeline before you commit.
Sometimes, depending on the studio's queue. Tell us your date in the order notes and we'll let you know honestly whether we can meet it before you pay.
We do — branded resin pieces for clients, teams and events, from a dozen to several hundred. Reach out via the contact page with quantities and a date and we'll prepare a quote.
Shipping & delivery
Across India as standard, with insured courier on every order. International shipping is available on request — message us with your country and we'll quote carriage and timelines.
Every order ships in a protective gift box with tissue, a care card and the option of a handwritten note — ready to give straight away, no rewrapping needed.
Care & returns
Keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat. Dust with a soft, dry cloth; for jewellery, avoid perfumes and water. Cared for simply, resin keeps its clarity for decades.
Because every piece is made to order and personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or not as proofed, send a photo within 7 days and we'll remake or refund it.
Tell us the moment — a rose, a date, a handwritten note — and we'll pour it into a keepsake made only once.
